We believe that each funeral should be as individual as the person who has died. We therefore offer a wide range of services, which can be tailored to the wishes, requirements and needs of each family.
We will give you advice on all matters relating to the funeral arrangements and give you a choice of options where appropriate. In particular we will advise you on:

* Cemetery and crematorium regulations
* Type of ceremony e.g. church service, non-religious
* Coffin/casket selection
* Disbursments e.g. crematorium/cemetery fees, floral tributes, newspaper notices.
* Additional services e.g. limousines, horse-drawn funerals, cremated remains caskets, memorials.
* Claims from the Social Fund (if applicable)

In return, you will need to give us necessary information in order for us to complete the funeral arrangements.
Once we have all the details required, we will give you a written estimate and confirmation.

Type of Ceremony
Our principal aim is to ensure the funeral is carried out to your exact requirements.
At the time of arranging the funeral, we will advise you on the various options available with regard to the type of ceremony. However, the form the funeral takes is ultimately your choice and we will follow you instructions so long as they are decent and legal.

Prior to the funeral, we will finalise with you all your requests leading up to and during the funeral service.
In conducting the funeral, we will ensure the funeral proceeds with respect and dignity. All staff will be dressed appropriately and we will act as your representatives to ensure the clergy, crematorium/cemetery staff etc. are informed of your exact requirements.

Memorials
It has always been customary to honour the memory of these we love by erecting a lasting form of memorial. The memorial is a permanent symbol of remembrance and care should be taken when choosing both the design and material. We are able to offer an extensive range of memorials for placement in cemeteries, churchyards or for cremation plots.

Using the latest technology together with the traditional skills of our stone masons, we are able to create a memorial to your exact requirements. Our memorial service will interpret your memories.
